Civil Disobedience


Tens of Millions of American citizens STILL believe in personal freedom, the rule of law, the Bill of Rights & the Constitution. Millions of us have taken an oath to support and defend them.

Unfortunately, so-called “progressive” democrats, self-declared socialists and far too many members of the GOP have conspired together in proposing and passing unconstitutional bills that violate Liberty, that limit, restrict, or revoke our natural rights, and that grant drastic new powers to the government, even when the Constitution prohibits such actions.

Hacks in black, aka judicial activists, are likewise destroying America by legislating from the bench, “re-imagining” and rewriting laws, and worse, creating laws from scratch (appropriating the power of Congress) to appease the radical members of their ideology. Judicial activists are thereby committing crimes, rather than interpreting laws based on the original intent of the founders, history, tradition and the words or text as written (ie, their actual job). None of this is legal.

In the simplest of terms, Congress, the president and the judiciary assume powers that We the People never granted them, while they simultaneously seek to limit and restrict citizens’ rights. Their actions violate the Constitution, the separation of powers, and the rule of law.  Their criminal acts will tear this nation apart, and will continue until We the People stop them.

There’s no way to peacefully coexist with an organized group of people who for generations has been infiltrating the government that was created to serve the entire nation, and subverting it to restrict your freedom, attempting to control everything you do, and put you in jail for exercising your God-given rights. Yes, the arrogant, self-entitled jackasses occupying the US government recently started jailing patriots for daring to question what they consider the all-knowing and all-powerful government. The shooting that pretty much everyone knows will inevitably break out will only make official that which many already know: we are in a cold civil war in this country, and have been for decades.

The US and state governments were designed for moral people, yet have been subverted by immoral, unethical and corrupt authoritarians, who have no qualms about breaking the law and their oaths of office. They will abuse their powers and the people of this country until they are stopped. They will never stop on their own, nor step down willingly. The question Americans are faced with is this: how much abuse will you suffer and tolerate before you act?

We must exercise our Rights, demonstrating that we shall not comply with unlawful decrees. We will nullify the statutes, bills, laws, policies and judicial findings which by their nature are repugnant to to Constitution, and thus without any legitimacy. From Dementia Joe’s unconstitutional “AFT” rule changes on braced AR-15’s and 80% receivers, to mask mandates and layoffs for refusing the jab, from forcibly shutting down small businesses, to stopping docs from successfully treating Wooflu, and of course, attempts to coerce or forcing the jab, just tell Biden and his kind to FUCK RIGHT OFF.  

We need to make Civil Disobedience the national pastime. Start this weekend!

We need to employ an all-of-the-above and everything but the kitchen sink strategy.  Citizens should apply themselves as appropriate to their skills/ability, and risk tolerance, at a level just exceeding their comfort zone. (So that they stretch it). Here are several ideas:

-visit your Representative’s or Senator’s offices (local or at the nation’s capital) in large groups, and ask them to defend the Constitution, especially freedom of speech and the right to keep and bear arms. Be specific about what you expect them to do (example: introduce a bill to abolish the BATFE).

-coordinate with a local “citizens defense league”, “second amendment foundation” or other pro-gun organization (except the NRA) to set up regular “mischief rallies”, perhaps monthly, displaying civil disobedience by exercising a Constitutionally protected right that the government is restricting.  

-participate in a sit-in, convoy or protest outside a government agency that is violating civil rights or is assuming powers not granted by the Constitution. Protest for example the NSA spying on US citizens, or the Department of Education’s existence (a responsibility of the states and local school boards), or HUD’s agenda to destroy suburban neighborhoods, or the Department of Energy’s push to destroy the coal and oil industries.

-Since the G20 Declaration of Vaccine Passports and WHO-selected vaccinations being required to travel, in conjunction with the federal reserve’s 12-week CBDC trial, we are entering the end moves. Millions marching on Washington, DC, to shut down the city, occupying the Fed and Congressional offices, organizing city-wide or nation-wide work strikes (even industry specific walkouts) are appropriate. Coordinate with tens of thousands on socials to withdraw all funds and close bank accounts. A tax revolt with millions of participants would be a nice start. Freedom, Democracy, Privacy and Dignity will all cease to exist if CBDC and Digital ID/vax passports are established.



If you attend a protest, pro-2nd amendment or pro-freedom rally and expect police presence, go prepared!

As we have seen time and time again, police will sometimes treat even peaceful protesters with aggression and violence, in an effort to initiate a violent response. This tactic is employed to create camera-ready moments for the Left, the main stream media (their propaganda arm and PR team) and the gun grabbers.  If they can photograph or film pro-freedom demonstrators partaking in violence against police (or misrepresent self-defense as such), they will use it to create the narrative that “protestors instigated violence.”

Knowing this, be prepared to be pushed, gassed, pepper sprayed, having your hearing impaired via LRAD, blinded and discombobulated with flash bangs, and more! Do not initiate violence.

Pack a small backpack with the following: 

  • ear plugs or muffs, 
  • safety goggles (preferably those that seal), 
  • a small carton of milk,
  • water bottles,
  • bike or climbing helmet,
  • an umbrella to shield you from pepper spray,
  • a gas mask / respirator,
  • an IFAK (individual first aid kit)

Leave your phone, AppleWatch or Garmin and all GPS trackable gear at home. If you must have it during travel, keep it in a faraday bag except during use, then leave it bagged in the vehicle while you protest. Optional advanced equipment if severe action by the police is expected would include items such as body armor, sports pads (football/lacrosse/hockey), a traffic cone to isolate gas canisters, a leaf blower to counter gas or smoke, a bite-guard, and a shield.

The founders understood this well. They put everything on the line, recognizing it already was.
