Where We Stand

Where do we stand after the fraud, after our presidential election was brazenly stolen? Nothing decreed in an “executive order” or signed “into law” by fraudulently installed Joe Biden and Kamala Harris should ever hold any sway over Americans.  It will never hold the force of law.  It will forever be illegitimate, tainted with their stank.  Tainted with their theft of the election.  An election that was indeed the “battle for the soul of the nation,”  which Biden and Harris could never win.  That’s why they cheated.

Per the Supreme Court of the United States of America:

The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly void and ineffective for any purpose since it’s unconstitutionality dates from the time of it’s enactment…”

Since an unconstitutional law is void, the general principles follow that it imposes no duties, confers no right, creates no office, bestows no power or authority on anyone, affords no protection and justifies no acts performed under it…”

“A void act cannot be legally consistent with a valid one. An unconstitutional law cannot operate to supersede any existing law. Indeed insofar as a statute runs counter to the fundamental law of the land (the Constitution)it is superceded thereby . No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it.”Bonnett V. Vallier 16 N.W. 885,136 Wis.193(1908); Norton V. Shelby county,118 U.S. 425(1886).

Just as an unconstitutional law holds no power, those seated in a stolen election, in direct opposition to the Constitution of the United States and the legislative statutes of the individual states (as required for a legitimate election), likewise hold no power. All that flows from fraud is fraud. All that is repugnant to the Constitution is void.

And as a reminder to the illegitimate duo and our feckless Congress, who have been contemplating enacting all sorts of infringements in the coming days, weeks and months: “Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule-making or legislation which would abrogate them.” -–Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436 (1966)

The Founders Warned

“If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is then no resource left but in the exertion of that original right of self-defense which is paramount to all positive forms of government, and which against the usurpations of the national rulers, may be exerted… The citizens must rush tumultuously to arms, without concert, without system, without resource; except in their courage and despair.”
– Alexander Hamilton, Federalist No. 28

Defend Liberty

“Guard with jealous attention the public liberty. Suspect everyone who approaches that jewel. Unfortunately, nothing will preserve it but downright force. Whenever you give up that force, you are ruined…. The great object is that every man be armed. Everyone who is able might have a gun.” – Patrick Henry, Speech to the Virginia Ratifying Convention, June 5, 1778

Defend your Right to Bear Arms

“The right of the citizens to keep and bear arms has justly been considered, as the palladium of the liberties of a republic; since it offers a strong moral check against the usurpation and arbitrary power of rulers; and will generally, even if these [usurpers] are successful in the first instance, enable the people to resist and triumph over them.” – Joseph Story, Commentaries on the Constitution of the United States, 1833

We will preserve for our children this, the last best hope of man on earth, or we will sentence our children and grandchildren to take the last steps into a thousand years of darkness… into socialism and then communism, cloaked under the guise of “The Great Reset” and “The New Normal.”

If we lose this war, and in so doing lose this great nation dedicated to FREEDOM, the history books will record that those that had the most to lose did the least to prevent it from happening.  That those who knew better fooled themselves into thinking they could save their jobs, their homes, their 401k’s and families, by “going along to get along.”
